Concrete Slab Demolition
Costa Demolition is the real deal. I had a 15ft x 15ft 4 inch concrete slab in my backyard. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, he may have been Fernando’s brother but he took care of everything, a one man wrecking crew. The precision and how he went about his work was top of the line. Thank you Fernando and the Costa Demolition. You guys just made my dream backyard one more step to reality. I plan on hiring Costa Demolition in the very near future. Hire these guys, you won’t be disappointed!!!

We had Costa deconstruct our home in preparation for a large remodel. They did an amazing job for a very fair price. We determined a start date and timeline and he delivered. All of his crew members are professional and friendly.
Costa not only does demolition. They do general site cleanup, grading, and all types of hardscapes including paver driveways and patios.

Costa Demolition was everything the 5-star rating feedback stated. After my conversation with Tulio, one week later they showed up as expected. They removed my backyard living room foundation. They worked hard all day and did a fantastic job. They fixed landscape water pipes we didn’t know were there and left the job clean. These guys are amazing and I recommend their service and will use them again when needed.

His team did an awesome job saw cutting my old concrete patio and remove 500 sqft of concrete in my backyard. The backyard was cleaner then before after he left lol

I’m doing a lot of work on my house right now and I’ve had a range of quality contractors coming and going.
Tulio Costa Demolition is clearly a five star company.
He quote me to dig a trench for electric, dig some 3 feet post holes for a pergola, and to remove some concrete. He was on-time for the quote, friendly, and realistic with the pricing.
We had some last minute snafus with the other vendors so we needed to postpone the concrete piece. With clear communication, we were able to make some last minute adjustments to the project. He was very flexible.
He clearly marked everything the team needed to be before he left. They brought in a bobcat and did all the excavation in a few hours. The crew was also really efficient, thorough, and friendly. I was happy to see one of the guys remeasuring the post holes after he dug them to make sure they were all correct.
I will 100% use him again for my next demotion project.
